Roopak's Aloo Dum Masala

Ingredients:

• Chilies, Cumin, Coriander, Black cardamom, Onion powder, Cinamon, Garlic powder, Cloves, Turmeric, Nutmeg, Fenugreek, Mace, Black pepper, Dry ginger, Dry mango powder, Salt.

• Fry chopped onions and tomatoes till they turn reddish-brown in color, then add the rich and warm Aloo Dum Masala and stir consistently for a few minutes over a slow flame, add boiled or golden fried potatoes and simmer away for 15-20 minutes. Don't forget to add salt to your taste!
