Yuvagrow Roasted Chesnuts

Roasted Chestnuts are one of my favorite winter snacks, They are buttery tender, and delightfully sweet when roasted. While some recipes suggest soaking your chestnuts before roasting, we didn't find it necessary in our version, Good Source of Vitamin C.
